Reconnecting with Self:  Equine Assisted Psychotherapy is a process in which humans explore issues in collaboration with horses.  This introductory four-hour equine workshop offers an opportunity to learn why horses are good healers, how to be safe around horses, to define therapeutic goals, and to have a healing horse experience.  No equine experience is required.  Those with extensive equine experience will also benefit.  There is no mounted work in this workshop.  Continental breakfast and snacks are provided.    Cost $150 per person.  This workshop is also adapted to people in early recovery.

Deepening with Self:  This ongoing group is a more intensive forum for personal growth and transformation.  Ongoing connection with other group members and the horses deepens the skills of self awareness, owning of one's own projections, authentic presence, expansion of time and space, mindfulness, boundary setting and negotiation as well as expansion of a personal spiritual perspective.  There is no mounted work in this workshop.  Group meets twice a month.  Four month minimum commitment.  Cost $150 per person per month.
